Our practice explores the seam of landscape, architecture, infrastructure, and urban design. The resulting work is the contemporary integration of a site’s history and culture, creating a lasting and meaningful place. We believe every project should reveal a site’s distinct character; support environmental, social, and emotional resiliency; and spark moments of unexpected discovery and delight. 

We take a strategic approach to a broad range of project types, often balancing significant challenges of site, budget, and schedule. Our team is interdisciplinary, composed of landscape architects and architects, and we appreciate a design process that embodies a constant, open, and shared process with our clients and collaborators.

Our work has been recognized with awards from the American Society of Landscape Architects, the Rudy Bruner Award of Urban Excellence, and the Environmental Design Resource Association, honored with historic preservation awards, and published in the United States, China, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, and Hong Kong.
